About the cines, while I cannot comment on Rio, I did try out two Cines in São Paulo and had a fairly good time. It was cheap and there were some very pretty tgatas there. Safe also.

The problem is that he's looking for some overnight company for the budget of 100 dollars ( yes, overnight). We had some issues with my hotel not allowing guests but found an alternative and enjoyed the evening. Rafaela is great company, an incredible english speaker and tons of fun!
